SHIPPING POLICY

WHERE WE SHIP
Elevarix ships globally from our manufacturing partner in Shenzhen, China, with primary fulfilment for the United Kingdom and European Union.

DELIVERY TIMES & COSTS

United Kingdom
- Standard delivery: 7–14 working days — FREE on orders over £75, £4.99 below
- Express delivery: 5–8 working days — £9.99

European Union
- Standard delivery: 8–16 working days — £6.99 (free over £100)
- Import VAT and a small handling fee may be charged by your local customs on delivery. Contact us if you would like us to pre-pay these on your behalf.

Rest of World
- Standard delivery: 10–21 working days — calculated at checkout
- Customers are responsible for any local import duties or taxes

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders placed before 2:00pm GMT (Monday to Friday) are processed the same business day. Weekend and holiday orders are processed the next working day.

TRACKING
A tracking link will be emailed to you within 48 hours of dispatch. Track via Royal Mail, DPD, or your local courier depending on destination.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
For UK orders, all import duties are pre-paid by Elevarix — there are no hidden fees on delivery. For EU and international orders, please refer to your local customs authority for applicable charges.

DELAYS
International shipping can occasionally face customs delays beyond our control. If your order takes longer than 21 working days, please contact support@elevarixltd.co.uk and we will investigate immediately or issue a full refund.

UNDELIVERABLE PARCELS
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable (incorrect address, refused delivery, unclaimed at depot), we will refund the order minus any return shipping costs incurred.
